Okay. all fun aside, I've been prescribed my cautionary pill on top of the regualr epival, reduced coffee intake (oh please no.), and am fighting boredom off with my computer. Iit's too hot for outside, too bright. I have lots of energy to do chores, but lack the motivation. I should eat something...I will. I have to give thank you's to:

my family, for doing the same thing and noticing
my job, for being understanding,
and my fiance for treating me like a princess through this ordeal. I'm stressing him out and I hate it. If I offer to help he won't take it, knowing full well it's part of my insanity. I'm co-dependant in nature, so when in mania, it's multiplied. I can help him by helping myself though. PS, I have a flickr account.
